2021 Arizona Legislative Session – Session Deadlines & Notes

Below is an update of Session Deadlines & Notes:

  • The deadline to consider Senate Bills in House Committees and House Bills in the Senate Committees has passed. Bills not heard in committee by this deadline can generally be considered “dead” and will be/have been moved to a “dead bill” category.

  • The Arizona House and Senate are both working to move those bills still alive in their respective chambers through the process.

  • Amendments are still possible from the Floor during Committee of the Whole (COW).
