Indiana Leadership
Samantha is the Regional Vice President of Indiana Operations at AAM, joining the team in 2017 as an Area Manager. She quickly advanced, becoming Regional Director in 2018, Regional VP of Texas Operations in 2020, and finally Regional VP of Indiana in 2022, where she now oversees all operations from Indianapolis.
With over 25 years of expertise in Community Association Management and 30 years in senior leadership, Samantha specializes in developing and managing community associations. Her experience includes assisting developers with new community setups and serving as HOA Liaison in Southern California, where she acted as Board President for numerous new communities.
Samantha has actively contributed to the Community Associations Institute (CAI) by serving on various committees and educating managers and board members. Her passion and extensive experience have been key to her success in the industry.
